Mattress topper without sacrificing the firmess of my mattress?

I purcahsed a Serta courtland plush mattress. It doe snot have a topper. We chose that route since we had a Euro mattress with a built in topper that sank after 3 months! Were not heavy people. Anyway, i love the firmess of the mattress. it is wonderful for my back! unfortunatly, I am a toss and turner and end up on my stomach! Thsi morning at 3AM my gus were aching so bad! It is just too hard on my stomach. Is there anything anyone can suggest to make it softer for my stomach but still be firm onmy back and neck! Im scared to go memory because i dont want a soft sink! I want to be flat as a board almost!

Check into getting a Latex Topper, they are firmer but still should help.
